Packaging & Shipping
Step 1 Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.
Step 2 Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.
Step 3 All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, insure the unshakable the whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.
Step 4 Use folk lift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure the 100% safe transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.

A: We supply window systems (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as finished products ready for installation.
Q: How can I get an exact price quote?
A: The price is based on specific requirements. Please provide:
  • Shop drawing / window schedule with dimensions, quantity, and type
  • Frame color preference
  • Type of glass, thickness (single/double/laminated), color, and argon gas specification
Q: What is the delivery time and payment terms?
A: Delivery time is around 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are typically 30% - 50% T/T deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: Do windows come with glass installed or do we install on site?
A: Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on window/door dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and easy installation for buyers. Onsite glazing is recommended for large-sized products.
Q: What warranty is provided for the products?
A: A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame color unfading, no peel-off, and proper working hardware under correct operation. German hardware includes a 10-year warranty with international replacement courier service.
