Q: How can I get an accurate quotation?
A: Price is based on specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Drawings or window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, Low-E, tinted, etc.).
Q: What is your standard delivery time?
A: Standard delivery is within 38 days after deposit receipt and shop drawings confirmation.
Q: What are your standard payment terms?
A: Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit, with the balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: Do the windows come with glass pre-installed?
A: Yes, glass is installed at the factory based on window/door dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and facilitate easy onsite installation. Onsite glazing is recommended only for extra large products.
Q: What warranty coverage do you offer?
A: We provide a 7-year quality warranty covering color fastness, non-peeling frames, and proper operation of hardware. 10-year warranty applies to German hardware. Replacements are delivered promptly via courier if required.
