Window corners are wrapped with thick corrugated board and secured with protective film.
Products are placed onto heavy-duty iron steel pallets capable of loading up to 2.0 tons (approx. 10-15 window/door units per pallet).
Units are secured to steel pallets with screws and steel bars for maximum stability. Pallets are fully wrapped with protective film against moisture and dust.
Forklifts load pallets into containers. Airbags are inserted in pallet spaces to prevent movement during transit, following strict loading inspection routines.
We supply complete window and door systems (including profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass) as well as finished products ready for installation.
Pricing depends on custom specifications. Please provide: 1) Drawings/window schedules detailing dimensions, quantities, and types; 2) Frame color choice; 3) Glass type, thickness, and color specification.
Standard delivery time is approximately 38 days after deposit receipt and final drawing confirmation.
Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on window dimensions to ensure safe transportation and straightforward onsite installation. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized units.
A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering frame durability, color resistance, hardware, and functional components under proper operation.
Standard terms are 30% - 50% deposit via T/T with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
