Delivery lead time is 28 to 45 days after the deposit is received and final shop drawings are officially confirmed.
We require a 30%-40% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance paid after your final inspection and prior to shipment dispatch.
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, ensuring frame colors remain fade-free and peel-free, with all hardware and accessories operating properly under correct usage. A 10-year warranty applies to German hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be delivered promptly via international courier.
