Packing & Delivery

All products are secured with robust packaging using heavy-duty iron pallets rather than standard wooden pallets to deliver superior strength and stability during transport.
Step 1

Corners are protected by cardboard to avoid collision damage.

Step 2

Frames are wrapped with protective tape to prevent surface scratches.

Step 3

Windows and doors are secured onto iron pallets with fixed metal strips.

Step 4

Reinforced with extra plastic strapping belts for stability.

Step 5

Covered with protective PE films to seal out moisture.

Step 6

Iron pallets are tied tightly inside containers using durable straps.

Step 7

Airbags fill the space between pallets to eliminate shifting during transit.

Delivery Time: 15–38 days following final order confirmation.

We supply complete window and door systems—including profile systems, hardware, accessories, and glass—as well as fully finished products ready for installation.
Q How can I get an accurate quotation for my project?
Prices depend on your project details. Please provide: 1) Shop drawings/window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color preferences; 3) Glass type, thickness (single/double/laminated), and performance coatings (Low-E, Argon fill, etc.).
Q Are your window and door sizes standardized or custom made?
All of our products are custom made. We manufacture windows and doors tailored specifically to buyer dimensions and architectural specifications.
Q What is your standard production and delivery time?
Standard delivery time is approximately 38 days following deposit confirmation and approved shop drawings.
Q What quality warranty do you provide?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame finishes against fading or peeling, as well as smooth operation for hardware and accessories. Replacement components are promptly dispatched via international courier when required.
Q Are your products certified for international building standards?
Yes, our product lines comply with Australian (AS2047/AS1288) and North American standards (AAMA/WDMA/CSA). Additional specific certifications can be arranged upon request.
