Yes, our windows and doors arrive complete with glass, frame, sash, and hardware fully assembled. You can install them directly into your wall opening upon delivery.
Q4: What is your production delivery time and sample lead time?
Sample lead time takes 5 to 7 working days. Bulk production delivery takes approximately 28 to 45 days after deposit receipt and shop drawing confirmation.
Q5: What is your warranty policy and support coverage?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame unfading and peel-off, as well as proper hardware operation (including German hardware). If any quality issue arises, replacement parts are immediately dispatched via international courier.
Q6: What are your standard finish options and payment terms?
Standard aluminum frame surface finishes include Powder Coating (Frost Black and Silver Grey). Payment terms require a 30%-40% deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment following your quality inspection.
