Packing & Loading Details

Step 1: Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.
Step 2: Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.
Step 3: All goods fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, ensuring an unshakable pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.
Step 4: Use forklift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation with careful inspection.

Q: How can I obtain an exact price quote?
Pricing is based on specific buyer requirements. Please provide shop drawings/window schedules showing dimensions, quantity, frame color, and glass specification (single/double, tinted, Low-E, etc.) for an accurate quotation.
Q: Are your windows and doors available in standard sizes?
Our products are custom made to order. We manufacture windows and doors tailored specifically to customer dimensions and project requirements.
Q: What is the lead time and payment terms?
Delivery time is typically 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Standard payment terms are 30% - 50% T/T deposit with balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
Q: What quality warranty is provided?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering color fastness, non-peeling frames, properly functioning hardware, and German hardware components under standard operation. Replacement parts are dispatched immediately if required.
Q: Do products come pre-glazed or glazed on-site?
Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to ensure safety during transit and ease of installation. On-site glazing is recommended for exceptionally large oversized units.
