Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.

All goods fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, ensuring an unshakable pallet structure. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Use forklift to load goods into the container, inserting pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation with careful inspection.

A: Prices are based on specific requirements. Please provide:
1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing window dimensions, quantity, and type;
2) Frame color choice;
3) Glass type, thickness (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, etc.), and color specs.

Q: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

A: Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We manufacture windows and doors tailored specifically to buyer dimensions and requirements.

Q: What is your standard lead time and delivery schedule?

A: Delivery typically takes approximately 38 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are confirmed.

Q: What are your accepted payment terms?

A: Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

Q: What is your warranty policy and support mechanism?

A: A 10-year quality warranty is provided, ensuring frame color durability and smooth hardware functionality. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are provided quickly via international courier.
