The typical lead time is approximately 38 days following the confirmation of shop drawings and deposit receipt.
Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to ensure safety during transport and ease of installation on-site. On-site glazing is recommended primarily for oversized units.
A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering frame finish integrity (against fading or peeling) and smooth hardware operation under normal use. Replacement parts are dispatched via courier if quality issues occur.
Products are tested and certified to comply with Australian Standards (AS2047, AS2208, AS1288), North American CSA standards, NFRC energy ratings, and Miami-Dade testing protocols.
