Q2 How can I get an accurate price quotation?
The price is based on specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule with dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, etc.).
Q3 What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our products are fully CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to the buyer's exact dimensions.
Q4 What is your standard delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery time is typically 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are normally 30%-50% deposit by T/T and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q5 What quality warranty do you offer?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame unfading and peel-off, as well as proper hardware functionality. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be provided immediately via courier.
