What is your main product?
We supply the window system (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as the finished products ready for installation.
How can I know your price?
The price is based on buyer's specific requirements. Please provide shop drawings/window schedules (dimensions, quantity, type), frame color, and glass specifications (single, double, laminated, thickness, Low-E, etc.).
What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's specific dimensions.
What is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery takes about 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are normally 30% - 50% T/T deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame color unfading and non-peeling, alongside proper working hardware and accessories. 10 years warranty for German hardware.
Are your products certified?
Yes, our products comply with Australian standards (AS2047), US Miami-Dade hurricane standards, Canada CSA, and NFRC energy ratings.
